New Teflon bondable push rod tubing!

This Teflon Spaghetti tubing is specially etched on the outside, making it easily bondable to any suitable substrate using virtually any sort of adhesive, thin Ca being most suitable for the Job. Provides the lightest, easiest, most friction-free rod installations possible. A number of sizes are available to best suit your modeling needs. Diameters are easily and accurately sized by stretching. This also makes Teflon tubing very economical to use, as typical stretching is 2-3x. Wall thickness of #22-#16 is .006 unstretched, to as little as .003 after stretching (#10-12, .008-?). All measures in inches. Complete instructions for sizing and installation included. For the same or less as what others are charging for regular Teflon, this stuff is a bargain!

#8 tube: Nominal id is 0.133. Stretches beautifully for large tubing. For .06 rod and up

#10 tube: Nominal id is .106. To get the minimum .064id for .05 cf rod, stretch 3-3.25x. Stretch 2.4x (.07id) for .06 cf rod. Stretching 1.75x will leave adequate clearance for .07 rod (out of stock)

#12 tube: Stretch 2.1x for .05 cf rod. Stretch 1.75x for .06 cf rod. (out of stock)

#14 tube: Nominal id .066. Stretch 3-3.25x for .04 cf rod (.046id), 1.5x for .05 cf rod (.058id).

#16 tube: Nominal id .054. Stretch 3-3.25x for .034 min id (for .03” carbon rod, actually .026”). For .04 (actually .036) carbon rods, stretch 1.66x for a final id of about .044”.

#17 tube: Nominal id .047. Use as is for .04 cf rod. 3.25x for .028+id. 2.25x for .034id.

#18 tube: Nominal id .044. 3.5-4x for .023id. 3x for .025id. 2x for .028id.

#20 tube: Nominal id .034, use as is for .031 wire or .03 cf rod. Stretch 3-3.25x for minimum .022id.

#22 tube: Nominal id .026. Stretching 3-3.25x brings you to the minimum .018id. Stretching 2x gives .023id, fine for .018-.020 wire. (out of stock)

#24 tube: Nominal id .022.
